WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Kidney Function & Dialysis Principles: The course covers the anatomy and physiology of the renal system, principles of dialysis, and types of dialysis procedures. 
• Dialysis Equipment: You'll learn to operate, manage, and maintain dialysis machines and related equipment. 
• Patient Care: Training includes patient assessment, monitoring vital signs, managing fluid and electrolyte balance, and providing psychosocial support. 
• Medical Aspects: The curriculum also includes hematology, infection control, and management of dialysis-related complications. 
• Practical Experience: Extensive hands-on training and clinical rotations are a key component, allowing students to gain practical experience. 

Career Opportunities

Upon completion, graduates are qualified for roles such as: Dialysis Technician or Renal Care Technician, Nephrology Assistant, Home Dialysis Trainer, and Dialysis Unit Manager (with experience). 

ELIGIBILITY

Typically, candidates must have completed their 12th standard or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics.
