DIPLOMA IN DIALYSIS TECHNICIAN

DIPLOMA IN DIALYSIS TECHNICIAN (DDT) is a paramedical diploma course that trains individuals to operate dialysis machines and assist in the care of patients with renal (kidney) failure. The program covers human anatomy, kidney diseases, dialysis procedures, infection control, and patient care, providing both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. Upon completion, graduates are qualified to work as dialysis technicians in hospitals, clinics, and dialysis centers.

• अवधि: यह 2 वर्ष का कार्यक्रम होता है,
• पाठ्यक्रम: इसमें मानव शरीर रचना विज्ञान और शरीरक्रिया विज्ञान, डायलिसिस के सिद्धांत, संक्रमण नियंत्रण, जैव चिकित्सा अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन और डायलिसिस मशीनों का संचालन और रखरखाव जैसे विषय शामिल हैं। 
• अर्जित कौशल: छात्र डायलिसिस मशीनों का प्रबंधन करना, उपचार के दौरान रोगियों की निगरानी करना, जटिलताओं को संभालना तथा क्रोनिक किडनी रोग से पीड़ित रोगियों को आवश्यक देखभाल प्रदान करना सीखते हैं। 

पात्रता 

• शैक्षणिक योग्यता:10+2 (या समकक्ष) की पढ़ाई पूरी करने की आवश्यकता होती है।
• आयु: अभ्यर्थियों की आयु सामान्यतः कम से कम 17 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
